Cancellations
If you need to change or reschedule your booking, we kindly request 48 hours' notice. While we strive to accommodate all booking requests, last-minute cancellations are challenging to fill. Your advance notice allows us to offer the slot to someone else. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Patch Test
At Accent on Beauty, our clients' health and well-being is one of our highest priorities. For services such as Novalash Extensions, Nouveau LVL Lash Lift, and Eyelash and Eyebrow Tints, we require a mandatory skin allergy test. New clients must complete this test at least 48 hours before their booking. Existing clients need to ensure their last treatment with us was within the last six months.
